Privacy Policy

We only ask for what we need to reply to your inquiry, we keep it secure, and we never sell it. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and how to get it changed or removed.

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 · CANADA

This Privacy Policy explains how Peptide Garage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website and submit an inquiry. We are a Canadian business, and we handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

1. What we collect

In this version of the Site there is no account, cart, or payment. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into the inquiry form for a product. That is:

  • Name— so we know who we’re replying to.
  • Email address — the address we use to respond.
  • Phone number — optional, only if you’d prefer we call.
  • Your message — including the product you’re asking about and anything else you tell us.

Please don’t include sensitive personal information (such as health or financial details) in your message — we don’t need it to reply. We also automatically receive a small amount of technical data (such as your browser type and a timestamp) that is standard for any website request; we use this only to keep the Site secure and working.

2. Why we collect it

We collect this information for one primary purpose: to respond to your inquiry and answer your questions about a product’s availability. We may also use it to:

  • follow up on a conversation you started with us;
  • keep a basic record of inquiries so we can improve how we respond; and
  • detect and prevent spam, fraud, or misuse of the inquiry form.

We do not use your information for automated advertising, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4. Where your information is stored

Inquiries are stored in our database, which is hosted on Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL platform, using access controls so that only authorized Peptide Garage personnel can view them. Data may be stored on servers operated by our infrastructure providers and, depending on the region, may be processed outside your province or outside Canada. Where that happens, your information remains subject to safeguards comparable to those required under Canadian law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep what you share with us protected.

5. Email and service providers

When you submit an inquiry, we use an email service provider to deliver a notification to our team and, where relevant, to reply to you. That provider processes your name, email address, and message only to send and receive email on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We share your information with service providers (such as our hosting and email providers) only as needed to operate the Site and respond to you — never for their own marketing.

6. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will only disclose your information where you have asked us to, where a trusted service provider needs it to help us operate the Site, or where we are required to by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us — after which we delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.

8. Your rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • ask us to delete your information, or withdraw your consent to our use of it; and
  • raise a concern about how we’ve handled your information.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@peptidegarage.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. The Site uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for it to function and stay secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking to build a profile of you. If we introduce basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

10. Children

The Site is intended for researchers and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or territory. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Site evolves — for example, when we add online checkout in a future version. When we do, we will revise the “effective” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, make the update clear on the Site.

12. Contact us

For any privacy question or request, reach our team at support@peptidegarage.com or through our contact page. We’re a Canadian business and take your privacy seriously.
